On January 28, 2003, the world lost a remarkable man.

Ronald Joseph, father of Christine Joseph and co-founder of Nouveau Chocolates passed away in Belgium.

From the display cases that he built, to the signs that he hand-painted, Ronald's love will always be a part of Nouveau.

Our dream was his dream and we will forever strive to make him proud.
